You are bidding on an interesting American Flyer COMPLETE set from 1953. This is the CHROMED version of the K5364W. These chrome sets that Flyer produced in the early 1950's really have the WOW factor.
This is one of those sets that collectors seek because of the classic vintage look. But most notably, the set consisits of FOUR PASSENGER CARS, three vista domes and one observation, as opposed to the three passenger cars often put in sets. The three vista dome look is a great one!

Here is a detailed breakdown of each item for your consideration:
THE ROCKET 474 PA POWERED UNIT
The PA is the powered unit. Chromed version. We have serviced and tested it.
There are some rubs and scratches on the roof and sides.  They are hard to photograph on the chrome, but we did our best. The decalling and printing look quite nice. The nose decal is complete but shows some age. The plastic  cosmetic horn on top has a shorter middle horn. If this bothers you, this part is available repro.
Overall, this is a nice unit. Looks good.
The wrapper is nice with good printing on the tape.
THE 475 DUMMY A UNIT PA
Is similar to the powered unit with wear, scratches, and rubs in the chrome. And like its powered cousin, this unit has nice decalling and printing.
ALL OF THE PASSENGER CARS HAVE OPERATING KNUCKLE COUPLERS. THEY ARE ALL CHROMED PLASTIC SHELLS WITH THE BODY FLUTING AND RIVETED NAMEBOARDS.
NOTE THAT THE CHROME ON THESE CARS IS THE SLIGHTLY THICKER VARIETY. FLYER HAD A FEW DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CHROMING.
THE ENDS OF THE CARS LOOK GREAT--A RARITY ON THE CHROME ERA.
THE BOTTOMS OF THESE CARS LOOK GOOD.
These CHROME cars are all nice but DO show wear in the form of rubs, scratches, etc. showing some black underneath. The wear is most obvious on the roofs.  Remember, this set comes with three 962 Hamilton vista domes and one 963 Washington observation.

UPON REQUEST, CAN SUPPLY A DIESEL AIR CHIME
SET BOX
Though the set number has faded from the label, the box manufacturer and dimensions have been confirmed for this set. Has some neat stampings on it, including Port of Brooklyn, which suggests this may have been an export set. One side has a puncture hole, perhaps from track. There is old tape residue on each side of the box. There is pencil writing on the box. There is a square are cut out of one corner of a top flap.  Box has some softness and some weakness, but it is structurally pretty good.
PASSENGER CAR BOXES
Note: Some have missing

side flaps.
962: One flap hanging on for dear life due to a tear on the blank underside. Printed flap looks good.
962: Printed end good. Other flap missing which affects the structure of the box.
962 Printed end good. This one is crisper. Snall tear on "Gilbert" corner of stamped flap. Does have other end flaps.
963: Observation. Good printed end flap. Other end present but softer.
